How long will my case take to arrive?
Orders are printed and delivered within 4 to 6 days.
Orders are processed on the day of receipt, take 2 or 3 days to print and process and a further 2 or 3 days to deliver via courier.
You will receive tracking information when your case is dispatched.
What's a dual layer case?
The phone case comes in two pieces - the tough outer shell on which the design is printed - and a rubber/plastic blend inner layer.
The softer inner layer helps cushion your phone to absorb forces from impacts and the outer layer simply clips onto it.
The two pieces fit together seamlessly and securely so there's no need to worry about the outer piece coming off accidentally. I regularly carry mine in a pocket when hiking and I've dropped it several times without issue or damage.
How tough is the case?
The outer case and printed design are tough cookies.

What's the inner liner for?
It essentially functions as a shock absorber to protect your phone from impact forces.
It's made of TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane) which is a firm, rubber-like plastic material. Basically, the hard outer case takes the hits, and the softer inner mitigates the impact force to protect your phone.
It also has small lips that slightly protrude at the top and bottom edges of your screen, and around your back camera. These are to provide additional protection if you drop your phone (so your screen doesn't impact on the floor for example).

How do I care for the case?
For spills and marks, simply wipe them off with a damp cloth.
As with most creative phone cases, the designs are printed on the outer shell - while the finish is tough, you should avoid contact with liquids containing high levels of alcohol, hand creams and sun creams.
The case is UV protected, which offers excellent resistance to outdoor weathering.
